Dongsheng Zang, an associate professor of law at the University of Washington, is available to comment on the seizure of an underwater drone seized by a Chinese warship in the South China Sea.

The Pentagon has issued a formal protest to Beijing demanding the return of the drone, which could escalate tensions in the region.
