Robert Wood is a professor of strategic management in the department of organization and management at the Lucas College and Graduate School of Business at San Jose State University. He holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Williams College and a doctoral degree in business administration from Boston University. He is also a post-doctoral research fellow at Harvard Business School. His research focuses on how leaders effectively promote large-scale innovation and enable emergence of effective institutions. Professor Wood lives and works in Silicon Valley. He teaches global management, strategic management and strategic thinking.
