Donathan Brown, associate professor of communication studies at Ithaca College, is available to comment on a number of prominent issues in the 2016 election, including race and public policy, immigration and voting rights.

Brown conducts research at the intersection of race, rhetoric and public policy, particularly pertaining to African Americans and Latinos. He is the immediate past editor of the Journal of Race and Policy, and lead author of the books Voting Rights Under Fire: The Continuing Struggle for People of Color and When Race and Policy Collide: Contemporary Immigration Debates.
