Newswise — An HIV/AIDS specialist at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Dr. David Margolis, is available to discuss the AIDS vaccine trial conduced in Thailand.
Margolis is professor of medicine, microbiology and immunology at UNC. He is a lead investigator with the Center for HIV/AIDS Vaccine Immunology (CHAVI). He is also professor of epidemiology in the UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health.
