Federal vs. State Jurisdiction and Separation of Powers in SCOTUS ACA Ruling

The U.S. Supreme Court has ruled 6-3 upholding the tax subsidies widely believed to be instrumental to the success of the Affordable Care Act. These George Washington University legal experts are available to comment: Jonathan Siegel, F.
