Dr. Cristina Ciorlian completed her Internal Medicine residency at Jersey Shore in 1996. Her clinical areas of expertise include thyroid disease and parathyroid disease; pituitary and adrenal disease; diabetes mellitus; hyperlipidemia; endocrine hypertension; obesity; cardio-metabolic syndrome; osteoporosis and metabolic bone disease; as well as new therapeutics, prevention and disease management.

Dr. Ciorlian, board certified in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism, is a member of the Endocrine Society, the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists, American Diabetes Association, and she is a Fellow of the American College of Endocrinology.

She has earned numerous honors and awards, including America’s Top Physicians 2003 - 2006, 2008, 2010-2012 by Consumer’s Research Council of America; 2009 Woman of the Year in Medicine and Healthcare by the American Biographical Institute; 2005 Certificate of Appreciation – Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation; 2002 Honor Roll – Diabetes Research and Wellness Foundation, and 2008 Ten Year Member – American College of Physicians.

Dr. Ciorlian will be joining the Meridian Medical Associates, PC – Endocrinology, with offices in Neptune, NJ and Jackson Village.
