Signs Multi-Year China Export Agreement, Promoting U.S. Jobs
Newswise — Grand Rapids, Mich – October 22, 2012- Pressure Point Inc., a developer of medical devices has reached a 10-year distribution agreement promoting U.S. manufacturing jobs with Wuhan Health New Concept Medicine Co., Ltd in Wuhan, China, to distribute the company’s Pressure Right® disposable, acupressure-based antiemetic solution wrist strip, through their established distributor network throughout mainland China. This agreement is to take effect immediately with SinoCure LLC based in Beijing, China handling the registration process for Pressure Right®.
Pressure Right® is FDA-cleared for antiemetic (Rx) indication and has clinically demonstrated to provide enhanced prophylactic benefits associated with relieving immediate and extended patient nausea and vomiting occurrences following surgery. Applied to patients’ wrists before induction of anesthesia, Pressure Right® begins to provide up to 72 hours of cost-effective results compared to routine antiemetic drugs alone.
