Dr. Shirley is a lecturer in the Lucas Graduate School of Business and Department of Psychology at San Jose´ State University.
Prior to his role at SJSU, he also held positions as a mergers and acquisitions advisor and executive with McKinsey, KPMG, and General Electric (GE) across North America, Europe, Asia, and Latin America.
His personal and professional experiences have led him to his current teaching focus and research projects related to strategic management, international business, global leadership, and industrial/organizational psychology.
