Lisa Delpy Neirotti, associate professor of sport management, is taking GW students to the World Cup games as part of the business school course “Impacts of the 2014 FIFA World Cup.” She is an expert on sport and event management and marketing, sponsorship and sport tourism.

Mark Kennedy, director of the Graduate School of Political Management (GSPM), has taught GSPM's Global Perspective Program focused on Brazil, which includes a weeklong residency. A former member of Congress, Mr. Kennedy has written on Brazil's political uprisings and he is available to provide analysis of the country's current political situations.

Kristin Lamoureux, director of the International Institute of Tourism Studies, teaches in the GW School of Business. She is an expert in niche tourism such as adventure, ecotourism and volunteer tourism. She also specializes in international development through sustainable tourism.

Bradley Shear, adjunct professor of business, teaches in the Sport Management program. He specializes in social media and technology, and practices sports law. Some of the world’s leading companies will spend millions of dollars for marketing at the World Cup; Mr. Shear is available to comment on these campaigns.

NIkki Usher, assistant professor of media and public affairs, is an expert on the transforming world of digital media, from journalism to big data to information and communication technologies.
