(AAOHN) recently announced its election results: Mary Gene Ryan, MPH, BSN, COHN-S/SM, CSP, FAAOHN was elected president-elect; Ronda Weiss, MS, MPH, MBA, RN, COHN-S, FAAOHN was elected secretary; and five members were elected to serve as directors.

Patricia Strasser, PhD, RN, COHN-S/CM was elected director, South Central/Southwest Region. Phyllis Berryman, MBA, RN, COHN-S/CM, FAAOHN was elected director, North Central Region. Yolanda Lang, DrPH, MSN, CRNP, COHN, FAAOHN was elected director, Northeast Region. Wanda Smith, MPH, BSN, RN, COHN-S, FAAOHN was elected director, Southeast Region. Ginny Carlson, MPH, BSN, RN, COHN-S was elected director, Mountain/Western Region.

Ryan is executive director of MGRyan & Co., Inc. (MACI), a full-service safety and health consultancy in Ventura, Calif. Weiss is director of site operations at Premise Health in Marietta, Ga. Strasser is owner, Partners in Business Health Solutions in Sylvania, Ohio. Berryman is a consultant with Abbey Consulting in Waterford, Mich. Lang is adjunct assistant professor/clinical instructor at the University of Pittsburgh School of Nursing in Pittsburgh, Pa. Smith is manager, occupational contract services, for Cone Health/Alamance Regional in Burlington, N.C. Carlson is occupational health manager at Abbott Laboratories in San Jose, Calif. Each assumed office at the close of the association’s Annual Business Meeting conducted March 25, 2015, at the AAOHN National Conference in Boston, Mass.

Tomlinson is the director of corporate health & wellness for The Hartford in Glastonbury, Conn. Allcott is the medical services manager for Orbital ATK, in Brigham City, Utah. Walker is an occupational health and safety consultant in Fresno, Tex. Waymack is corporate occupational health nurse manager for Deere & Company in Moline, Ill. Olszewski is vice president, Mid-State Occupational Health Services, in Lewisburg, Pa. Maxwell is the division director company care OS for HCA – West Florida Division in Saint Petersburg, Fla.

Pam Carter, MSN, RN, COHN-S, FAAOHN completed a successful term as president, effective March 25, 2015. Carter is a health, safety and wellness consultant in Swope, Va.
