Newswise — MAYWOOD, Ill. – Loyola Center for Health at Elmhurst North has expanded its gynecology practice to include obstetrical care. The facility, which is located at 386 N. York Road, has added five obstetricians and gynecologists. The center will continue to offer general gynecology services and access to minimally invasive laparoscopic and robotic gynecologic surgery.

“This move will allow Loyola to provide more comprehensive care for women in Elmhurst and the surrounding communities,” said Mali Lin, MD, a gynecologist at the center and an assistant professor in the Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology for Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine. “Women can now come to one convenient location for all of their obstetrical and gynecological needs.”

New physicians in this practice include: Caroline Cinquegrani, MD; Karen Deighan, MD; Recia Frenn, MD; Maike Leibermann, MD, and Roberto Levi-D’Ancona, MD. These physicians also see patients at Loyola Center for Health at Gottlieb, Loyola Center for Health at North Riverside and Loyola Center for Health at River Forest.

Women who receive obstetrical care through this practice have the option to deliver their babies at Gottlieb Memorial Hospital. This facility offers the attractive features of home with the safety and skilled care of a university-level hospital. Each birthing suite has advanced medical technology readily available in a soothing environment for expectant parents.
