Newswise — Singapore, 19 June 2014 - The National University of Singapore (NUS) maintained its position as one of Asia’s top two universities in the latest Asia University Rankings published by the Times Higher Education (THE) magazine.
The rankings, which are based on the same performance indicators and methodology as the established THE World University Rankings, uses 13 separate performance indicators to examine each university’s strengths against its core missions of teaching, research, knowledge transfer and international outlook. According to THE Asia University Rankings 2014, the top 100 universities in Asia hail from 13 countries or regions, including Turkey and the Middle East.
