Newswise — The F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College will host its first annual Marketing Case Competition, Where Marketing and Entrepreneurship Meet, April 17-18.

The entrepreneurial, opportunity-driven mindset is critical for marketers in order to drive growth in both large and small organizations. For this reason, the Babson College Marketing Case Competition will connect top MBA talent with a variety of corporations ranging from Fortune 500 companies to small start-ups. Participants will have the opportunity to network with representatives from Ocean Spray, Procter and Gamble, Dunkin Donuts, as well as with entrepreneurs.

MBA student competitors will have the chance to meet, network and collaborate with students from different MBA programs. Competitors will be assigned to teams with students from different schools. Each team will have the opportunity to provide recommendations that are relevant to a real brand. Students will be able to test their analytical, leadership, and teamwork skills.

Participants will be encouraged to apply entrepreneurial thinking to solve a real world business and marketing issue for the Case Sponsor, Ocean Spray.
