Newswise — Babson College, a world leader in innovative management education and entrepreneurial thinking, will host the 2005 Women's Leadership Conference, "Making it Happen" on Saturday, October 15th. The Center for Women's Leadership (CWL) at Babson is organizing the all-day, 8th annual event.

"The best leaders are those who make it happen; they are visionaries who inspire, motivate, recognize, reward, and celebrate success," says Dr. Nan Langowitz, the Center's Director and Associate Professor of Management, "Participants in our 8th annual event will walk away with all the insights necessary to develop a leadership plan and the connections to enact it in their own lives."

The conference features more than 50 entrepreneurs and corporate and not-for-profit women leaders who will share their expertise, captivating stories and life lessons. Participants will have the opportunity to meet and work with these women who have successfully made it happen.
