Distinguished theologian James I. Packer, professor of Systematic and Historial Theology at Regent College, Vancouver, addressed graduates of both the College and the Graduate School in separate ceremonies at Wheaton College (IL) May 5 and 6. He titled his address "God's Lightning-Rods."
