Chemists Create a Molecular Antenna that Harvests Light
University of MichiganScientists at the University of Michigan and the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign have developed a new class of large, organic molecules which could one day be used for focusing and converting sunlight into electricity. They're called dendrimer supermolecules and can harvest and convert sunlight with great efficiency.
