But as the new year approaches, Jack Goncalo, a professor of organizational behavior at Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations, says it’s time to turn that tradition on it’s head. The lead author of this autumn’s widely reported academic study of workplace narcissism will talk with journalist on Tuesday, Dec. 7, from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. at Cornell University’s ILR Conference Center in Midtown Manhattan and explain how all the tireless toilers out there can learn how to harness their office narcissists for the benefit of everyone.
