Diane Fox, Director of Student Success at Saint Mary's College, has tips for students anywhere as they prepare for exams. Some of her advice includes:

1.) Don't panic--Stress can undermine your efforts.

2.) Don't be too relaxed (make too little of your fincal)--You need to be prepared.

3.) Make time for exercise--You'll be more effective if you spread things out and take breaks.

4.) Use an effective study method--Create and implement a 5 day study plan

5.) Get enough sleep (don't pull an all-nighter)

6.) Have come protein for breakfast and bring peppermint for exams.....(LIST OF TIPS GOES ON.)

Ms. Fox has worked in both high school and college settings in this capacity and her advice holds true for both age groups.
