Paula Bradley, CDM, CFPP is ANFP’s 2013-2014 chair of the board. She succeeds Ginger Cater, MEd, CDM, CFPP. Bradley is the foodservice director at Protection Valley Manor in Protection, Kan.
ANFP’s chair elect is Kathryn Massey, BA, CDM, CFPP. Massey is a certified dietary manager at Floyd Valley Hospital in LeMars, Iowa.
Janice Hemel, CDM, CFPP is the new ANFP Secretary-Treasurer. Hemel is a certified dietary manager at Lane County Hospital and Long Term Care in Dighton, Kan.
ANFP’s immediate past chair is Ginger Cater, MEd, CDM, CFPP. Cater is the director of nutritional services and an assessment specialist at Glorified Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center in Greenville, S.C.

Richard Hoelzel, FMP, CDM, CFPP is corporate executive chef for Morrison Senior Living in Cabot, Ark. Sherri Williams, MHS, CDM, CFPP is director of nutrition services for Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville, Ark.
Continuing their term as CDM, CFPP directors at large are: Terri Edens, CDM, CFPP, corporate dietary manager field supervisor at Heritage Enterprises in Bloomington, Ill.; Sharon Vermeer, CDM, CFPP, dietary manager at Orange City Area Health System in Orange City, Iowa; Michael Roddey, MS Ed, CDM, CFPP, CEC, CCE, FMP, president of Gastronomic Services & Consulting in Altoona, Pa.; and Cathy Wheatley, CDM, CFPP, foodservice director at Royal Oaks/Pathways in Windsor, Mo.
ANFP Appoints Industry Leaders and Corporate Partners to the BoardKevin Loughran, director of support services for food and dining at Healthcare Services Group in Bensalem, Pa., joins Jeff Patton, vice president of procurement at Brookdale Senior Living, Inc. in Brentwood, Tenn., on the ANFP Board as a director at large representing industry.
Also newly-appointed to the ANFP Board as a Supplier Member is Beth Naber, MS, RD, director of senior living - healthcare, US Foods in Canton, Mich., who joins Teri Kopp, healthcare account development/consultant for Hubert Company in Harrison, Ohio.
Deb Dawson, CDM, CFPP was appointed to serve on the board as the liaison to Healthcare Caterers International (HCI). She is the nutrition services director at Bishop Drumm Care Center in Johnston, Iowa.
