Expert Addresses International Business Topics

Black is the director of Boise State's International Business Programs, and has an impressive background of research work and academic accomplishment. She earned her Ph.D. in World Trade Organization trade law from the University of Bern (Switzerland), and also has degrees from Duke University and the University of Idaho College of Law.
