Newswise — Two infectious disease experts at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill " Dr. David Weber and Dr. Myron Cohen -- are available to discuss swine flu.
Weber is a member of the CDC's flu working group. He is also medical director of hospital epidemiology at UNC Hospitals and is a professor of infectious diseases and epidemiology in the UNC School of Medicine and Public Health.
Cohen is director of UNC's Institute for Global Health and Infectious Diseases and associate vice chancellor for global health. He is also chief of the division of infectious diseases in the UNC School of Medicine, and a professor of microbiology and immunology and public health.
