Dr. Shana Alexa Charles, an assistant professor of health science at CSU Fullerton and the lead author of a recent report on health insurance in California is very optimistic about the future of health insurance in the state. "I think a system where people didn't have to worry about these things is the next health care frontier in California," she says.
