Amanda Bettencourt, PhD, APRN, CCRN-K, ACCNS-P, is the 2022-23 president of the national board of directors for the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses. She is an assistant professor in the Department of Family and Community Health at University of Pennsylvania School of Nursing.
