Newswise — Olin College of Engineering has been designated a top 10 national “Best Buy” college by Fiske Guide to Colleges. The list covers 20 private and public colleges and universities nationwide that are noted for their academic offerings and affordable cost. Olin is one of only two New England colleges named in the list.
According to the Guide, these schools offer “outstanding educational value determined by academic quality in relation to the net cost of attendance.” In particular, the Fiske Guide notes Olin offers a top-notch engineering degree at a bargain price. The Guide further mentions Olin’s unique curriculum—one that stresses interdisciplinary and project-based learning.
