Newswise — James McDowell, Indiana State University professor of political science, is available to answer questions concerning whomever presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Barack Obama selects to be his running mate.
McDowell has taught political science since 1967 at ISU, which is a few blocks away from the birthplace of Sen. Evan Bayh, who is one of the often-mentioned possible vice presidential candidates.
