Craig Konnoth, associate professor of law, contributed to an amicus brief in R.G. & G.R. Harris Funeral Homes Inc. v. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. The brief argues Aimee Stephens was improperly fired for not conforming to gender stereotypes.
He is in Washington, D.C. Tuesday for oral arguments.
