Sir Professor Richard Henderson will give a lecture on the topic "Molecular structures in biology: from hemoglobin to the ribosome." This popsci event will be broadcasted via Youtube. All the listeners will have a chance to ask their questions in the comments. The major part of registered participants are high school and university students, therefore, the discussion is expected to be interesting for the general public.

Professor Henderson was awarded with the Nobel Prize in chemistry in 2017 "for developing cryo-electron microscopy for the high-resolution structure determination of biomolecules in solution." He is working in Medical Research Council Laboratory of Molecular Biology (MRC LMB) in Cambridge, the UK.

The link to the lecture will be posted on the Facebook page of the event, as well as on the conference website.
