Allison M. Macfarlane is the former chairman of U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission. Dr. Macfarlane is an expert on nuclear energy, nuclear waste, regulation, plutonium disposition and fissile materials management.

Janne E. Nolan is an expert on nuclear security, proliferation and nuclear strategy. She is a research professor of international affairs at GW and chairs the Nuclear Security Working Group. Dr. Nolan previously served on the White House Presidential Advisory Board on U.S. Arms and Technology Policy.

Elizabeth N. Saunders focuses on how leaders make foreign policy and international security decisions. She is the author of “Leaders at War: How Presidents Shape Military Interventions.” She can discuss U.S. foreign policy and presidential decision-making as well as what the 2016 election could mean for international security.
