Student Applications Now Being Accepted for Summer Science Camps

Newswise — The "International Summer School for Young Physicists" will now accept up to 100 students from across Canada and around the world to participate in science camps this July and August, 2006. Students will gain a much deeper understanding about our physical universe and the mind-bending world of cutting-edge ideas at Perimeter Institute for Theoretical Physics in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada " just outside Toronto. Participants will interact with world-class scientists at PI, tour scientific labs and enjoy cultural events. Grade 11 students from across Canada (secondaire V in Québec) and international students 16-17 years of age and are invited to apply by May 19th, 2006.
