Theology Faculty Member Source for Presidential Inauguration

Newswise — Miguel Diaz, associate professor of theology at the College of Saint Benedict in St. Joseph, Minn. and Saint John's University/Saint John's School of Theology"¢Seminary in Collegeville, Minn., is a member of President-elect Obama's Catholic Advisory Council and has been invited to attend the presidential inauguration on Tuesday, Jan. 20. He and his wife, Marian Diaz, also an employee at the College of Saint Benedict and Saint John's University, will be in attendance. They have both been invited to attend the traditional inauguration prayer service held the day after the inauguration at Washington National Cathedral. The president and vice-president will be in attendance at the prayer service.
