Newswise — Healthcare IT experts from around the world will converge in Beijing from May 26th to May 28th 2010 for the HIMSS AsiaPac10 exposition organized by HIMSS, the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society, a not-for-profit and non-governmental, international healthcare membership organization.

This follows the successful staging of HIMSS AsiaPac09, held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, which united over 1800 Healthcare IT leaders across the region to share best practices, gain insights and discover the latest innovations to advance quality healthcare through IT.

The Chinese Hospital Information Network Conference (CHINC) is held alongside HIMSS Asia Pac’10, the most popular, influential, and highly-recognized annual event of the healthcare industry in China. Co-hosted by the National Institute of Hospital Administration and China Hospital Association, and supported by the China Hospital Information Management Association (CHIMA), CHINC will be the pre-conference event on May 26.

CHIMA is a subordinate organization to Chinese Hospital Association, dedicated to enhancing the development of information management in Chinese hospitals. Since its founding, CHIMA each year holds CHINC in joint efforts with the National Institute of Hospital Administration.
