President Trump will deliver his re-scheduled State of the Union remarks Feb. 5 and is expected to reiterate his interest in working with Congress to develop a comprehensive infrastructure package.
Cornell University professor Rick Geddes is the founding director of the Cornell Program in Infrastructure Policy and serves on the board of directors for the Hyperloop Advanced Research Partnership. Geddes is an expert on infrastructure policy and is available to discuss what a new bipartisan infrastructure package could and should include.
