Robin Radcliffe, professor of Wildlife and Conservation Medicine and director of the Conservation Medicine Program at the Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine, discusses efforts by federal wildlife experts to create habitats to help endangered wildlife adapt to climate change.

Radcliffe says:

“The idea of creating wildlife corridors is nothing new, but the adaptation of such protected spaces in response to climate change is significant. Wild species do not obey artificial borders created by humans, and they will increasingly need room to move and adapt if they are to avoid extinction in a world dominated by warming temperatures.”
