Epiblast inducers capture mouse trophectoderm stem cells in vitro and pattern blastoids for implantation in utero

Here, Seong et al. identify an optimal set of epiblast inducers that captures mouse trophectoderm stem cells (TESCs) as a stable and highly self-renewing state reflecting the blastocyst stage. TESCs have enhanced capacity to form blastoids that induce deciduae formation more efficiently in utero due to WNT6/7B secretion.
