· Chester Chambers, PhD, is an assistant professor who focuses on risk management. A native of Louisiana who has worked for the Federal Emergency Management Agency, Chambers is the faculty director of the Carey Business School’s Master of Science program in enterprise risk management. He is also an associate faculty member at Johns Hopkins Medicine’s Armstrong Institute for Patient Safety and Quality. · Toby Gordon, ScD, is an associate professor with expertise in health care policy, the management of hospitals and health systems, and technology commercialization. She also has appointments to the Department of Health Policy and Management at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and the Department of Surgery at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. · Yuval Bar-Or, PhD, is an assistant professor with expertise in organizational preparedness, decision making, and corporate finance. He is the faculty director of executive development programs at the Carey School.
