Transplantation Direct, the latest fully open access journal from Wolters Kluwer’s Lippincott Williams & Wilkins publishing portfolio, is an international portal for the rapid electronic publication of high-quality basic research and clinical studies related to the field of transplantation. Submissions will be peer-reviewed by leaders within The Transplantation Society to create an online repository of significant, high quality research. As a complementary journal to Transplantation, Transplantation Direct will provide an open access venue for research studies sponsored by private and public funding agencies that require open access publication.
